Carpets that look and smell new again
Hot-water extraction lifts out ground-in dirt, stubborn stains and lingering odours from carpets, stairs and rugs.

Here’s exactly what you get
Vacuuming only gets the surface; the real dirt sits down in the pile where feet, pets and spills push it. We use professional hot-water extraction, sometimes called steam cleaning, to flush that out and rinse it away. Carpets come up brighter, softer underfoot and free of the smells that build up over time.
Every job is a little different, so we quote it properly — clear, itemised and free, with no pressure. Book online or send a couple of photos for a fast estimate.

- Fast-drying finish, typically touch-dry in a few hours
Real results, not stock promises

The difference a proper carpet cleaning makes
Gets what the hoover can't
High-pressure hot water loosens grit and grime bound deep in the fibres, then powerful extraction pulls it back out along with the dirty water. It's a proper deep clean, not a surface freshen-up.
Stains and smells tackled properly
We match the treatment to the stain rather than blasting everything with one spray, and we neutralise odours at the source instead of masking them with perfume.
Kind to your home
We use eco-friendly, low-residue solutions that are safe around children and pets once dry, and we leave carpets damp rather than soaked so they dry quickly.
Your carpet cleaning, step by step
- 01
Inspect and test
We check the carpet type, note any problem stains and test our solutions on a discreet area so there are no surprises.
- 02
Pre-treat and agitate
Traffic lanes and marks get a pre-spray and a gentle brush to break up the dirt before the main clean.
- 03
Extract and rinse
Hot water goes in under pressure and comes straight back out with the dirt, leaving the pile clean and only lightly damp.
- 04
Groom and dry
We set the pile in one direction for an even finish and get airflow going so the carpet is dry by evening in most rooms.

Most rooms are touch-dry within two to four hours and fully dry by evening. We keep the pile damp rather than soaked, and good airflow speeds things along.
Often, yes, though we'll always be honest. Some stains, like certain dyes or bleach marks, are permanent. We'll test first and tell you what we can realistically shift before we start.
We move sofas, chairs and small items and pop protective pads under the legs. We'd ask you to clear breakables and anything precious beforehand so nothing gets knocked.
Yes. We use eco-friendly, low-residue products that are safe once the carpet has dried. We'd just keep everyone off the damp carpet until it's dry to avoid slips.
Sometimes a mark can 'wick' back up as the carpet dries, from deep in the backing. If that happens, let us know and we'll return to treat it; it's a normal part of a thorough clean.
