We set the pile in one direction for an even finish and get airflow going so the carpet is dry by evening in most rooms.

We move sofas, chairs and small items and pop protective pads under the legs. We'd ask you to clear breakables and anything precious beforehand so nothing gets knocked.

Sometimes a mark can 'wick' back up as the carpet dries, from deep in the backing. If that happens, let us know and we'll return to treat it; it's a normal part of a thorough clean.
