Overview

Here’s exactly what you get

Some jobs need doing once and properly — behind the kitchen appliances, the grouting that has gone grey, the skirting no one has touched since you moved in. Others just need a reliable pair of hands every week or fortnight so you are not spending Sunday with a mop. We do both, using eco-friendly products that are kind on kids, pets and worktops.

Why it's worth it

The difference a proper deep & domestic makes

One-off or regular — your call

Book a single blitz before guests arrive, or set up weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits with the same trusted cleaner.

The same face each time

For regular slots we send you the same cleaner, so they learn your home and how you like things done.

Eco products, insured team

We use non-toxic, family- and pet-safe products, and every cleaner is vetted and covered by public liability insurance.

How it works

Your deep & domestic, step by step

  1. 01

    Tell us about your home

Number of rooms, bathrooms, pets, and whether it's a one-off deep clean or a regular slot. We'll quote from there.

  2. 02

    Pick your schedule

Choose a one-off date or a repeating weekly, fortnightly or monthly visit — change it whenever life changes.

  3. 03

We clean, you get your time back

Our cleaner works through the plan we agreed. The first deep clean always takes longer than the upkeep visits that follow.

A deep clean tackles the built-up stuff — inside appliances, limescale, grout, behind furniture. A regular clean keeps things ticking over: surfaces, floors, bathrooms and dusting. Most people start with a deep clean, then switch to regular visits.

No — we bring everything, including eco-friendly products and our own equipment. If you'd prefer we use something specific you already have, for allergies or a favourite brand, just leave it out and tell us.

Yes. For regular bookings we match you with one cleaner who gets to know your home. If they're ever off sick, we'll tell you before sending a cover.

Entirely up to you. Many regulars give us a key or a smart-lock code. Every cleaner is DBS-checked and insured, so your home's in safe hands either way.

Weekly suits busy families and pet owners; fortnightly works for most couples; monthly is popular as a top-up between your own tidying. We'll happily suggest what fits when we quote.
